- 1 –2 tablespoons sriracha or chili sauce adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon lemon or lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sugar optional – balances heat
- Optional Add-ins:
- A pinch of smoked paprika for smoky flavor
- Finely minced shallot or a dash of onion powder for added zest
